Why can't I see a details/images/ingredients/directions for such-and-such product?
Beans Beauty offers over 5,500 beauty-related products. We have worked very hard to bring you as much information as possible about them. However, we realize that there are still many products without detailed information. We are constantly updating our site with new product information and details, so check back soon to see if we've added the information you're looking for.

Why do I have to enter my credit card information every time I make a purchase?
Beans Beauty makes every effort to give our customers an easy and pleasant shopping experience. However, we value customer safety over convenience. By choosing not to store credit card numbers on our servers, we eliminate the risk that they could be stolen or abused. You can be sure that your credit card information is ONLY being used to make your purchase over our secure, encrypted servers.
How do I see my order history and order status?
On the home page, click the button that says "view order status". If you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so. Once you have logged in, you will be shown a list of all of your orders. Click on the date to see more order details.
How do I cancel an order?
In the order history/status section, click on the date of the order to see more details. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will see a button that says "cancel order." Click on this button, and then click "yes" when you are asked to confirm your action. Your credit card will not be billed for the purchase.
